Aims of the project
- The goal of the project is the development of a test for the quick detection and characterization of sepsis relevant pathogens.
- The detection will be realized by a parallel readout of a microarray based on local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)
- Development of a modular measuring system
- Hyperspectral imaging spectrometry based on Fourier transform spectroscopy for the parallel readout of the microarray
- Substrates with modified nanoparticles serve as microarray
- Tests with sepsis relevant assays for clinical diagnostics
- Installation of a demonstrator with all required components and test of the device on clinical samples
